Product Return Policy
At Curly Hair Solutions™ we strive for your complete satisfaction in our products.
We offer a complete money back guarantee on all our products within 30 days of receiving
your order. No refunds on accessories.
To ensure that all returns as processed as quickly as possible we have developed
a return procedure. The process is as follows:
- We require you to speak to one of our Curly Hair Associates at 1 800 783 8971 or
email us firstname.lastname@example.org to fully understand
your product concerns prior to the return of your product.
- Fill out the Product Return Information Sheet completely; be sure to include the order number
and credit card information.
- Include the Product Return Information Sheet along with the returned products.
Pack the products similar to how you received them, making sure they will not leak.
- You are responsible for all the shipping costs. Send the package by regular mail.
Do not send it to with Fed Ex or UPS. Any extra charges will not be covered.
- Return products to the address below, do not send it back to address marked on
original package. Only Internet, Fax or Phone orders can be returned to the Mail Order Department.
Items purchased at a Salon cannot be returned to the Mail Order Department.
- When returning products, mark them as a 'gift with no value'. This will ensure that we can accept the
return when it comes to us.
- Once we receive the package we will apply a credit to your credit card for the full
price of the products, less the original shipping costs. You will receive email confirmation that we have
refunded you and received the returned products.
- If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us at email@example.com. If you fail to informed us of an order that has not been received over 30 days we will be unable to reship or reimburse you for your order.
