To ensure that all returns as processed as quickly as possible we have developed a return procedure. The process is as follows:

• We require you to speak to one of our Curly Hair Associates at 1 800 783 8971 or email us info@frizzoff.com to fully understand your product concerns prior to the return of your product.
• Our Curly Hair Associates will send you a Product Return Information Sheet. As we do not keep any credit card information in our databases, it is imperative that this sheet is included as part of your product return.
• You will need to complete the information sheet and pack the products similar to how you received them.
• Return the products back to us at Curly Hair Solutions™
• You are responsible for the all the shipping costs.
• Once we receive your package we will apply a credit to your credit card for the full price of the products, less the original shipping costs.
• Return products to the original place of purchase only. Only Internet, Phone or Fax sales may be returned to the Mail Order Department. Items purchased in a salon cannot be returned to the Mail Order Dept.
• When returning products, mark them as a gift and with no value. This will ensure that we can accept the return when it comes to us.
