RETURNS AND REFUNDS



CAN I GET A REFUND?

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through www.frizzoff.com or frizzoff.ca, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please fill out the 'RETURN SUBMISSION FORM' below. Please be sure to fill in as much information as you can.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please fill in the 'RETURN SUBMISSION FORM' below or contact us at info@frizzoff.com within 30 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

*Note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to the refund and return policy of each retailer.

CAN I RETURN LIQUID PRODUCTS?
Yes, you can return shampoos, conditioners, and styling products if they do not meet your expectations. Please fill out the 'RETURN SUBMISSION FORM' below to get the return process started.

CAN I RETURN ACCESSORIES OR E-GIFT CARDS?
Due to strict hygiene policies, we do not accept returns on accessories and are therefore nonrefundable.  Once an e-gift card is purchased it is considered currency. For this reason our software is not able to process refunds for e-gift cards

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
The first step in processing your return or refund is to fill in the 'RETURN SUBMISSION FORM' below.  once you have submitted this form, we will review it and get back to you within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Once we process your refund, your bank or credit card provider may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund.  If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@frizzoff.com.
